Choose Clark County offers a cost-share program to help local businesses make exterior improvements to their buildings. Since 2021, CCC has paid out more than $6,200 to 14 businesses!

The CCC cost-share supports businesses with a dollar-for-dollar cost share, up to $500 per project. Examples of eligible projects include:

low-interest loans for CLARK COUNTY BUSINESSES
Choose Clark County is pleased to announce that it has created a Revolving Loan Fund to offer low-interest financing for new or expanding small businesses in Clark County.
We are offering business financing at a special introductory rate of 3%! We have approximately $28,000 to loan out at this time (updated Feb. 2023). As loans are repaid to us, we will continue to offer more loans to more local businesses!
Financing can be extended over a maximum of a 7-year period. Businesses must be physically located in Clark County to be eligible. A wide variety of projects may be eligible for financing, including:

Acquisition/development of land, easements, and rights-of-way;

Construction, conversion, enlargements, or repairs of buildings;

Plants, machinery, and equipment;

Technical assistance for private business enterprises;

Utilities, pollution control, or abatement;
-
Funds for start-up, operating costs, and working capital.

The Clark, SD industrial park has room for your business! Located on U.S. Highway 212 on the east edge of Clark, lots are available through the Clark Industrial Development Corp.
The industrial park is currently home to Dakota Style Foods, Powder River Precision, P4 Manufacturing, and more. Land-only and build-to-suit opportunities are available.
