Choose Clark County is excited to share that we currently have $20,000 available through our Revolving Loan Fund — and we’re looking for local businesses and entrepreneurs ready to put it to work in Clark County.
This fund is designed to support business growth, expansion, and innovation right here at home. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your existing business to the next level, our Revolving Loan Fund can help make that possible.

What Can It Be Used For?
We’re proud to keep this opportunity flexible to meet a variety of business needs, including:
Business acquisition or startup costs
Construction, conversion, or repairs
Equipment, machinery, and tools
Enlargement or expansion projects
Working capital and operating costs
Technical assistance or planning
Utilities, pollution control, or abatement projects
If your idea helps grow or sustain a business in Clark County, we want to talk to you.
(Note: agriculture-related projects for established farm operations fall outside of this fund’s scope.)
How It Works
All loan applications are reviewed by the Choose Clark County Board of Directors, and every project is evaluated on its potential to strengthen local economic development. We offer competitive interest rates to help make borrowing more affordable, but this program is typically meant to supplement, not replace, traditional financing.
Choose Clark County partners with GROW South Dakota to help applicants access additional funding if needed — meaning you can apply once and potentially qualify for both local and regional loan programs.
Let’s Get These Funds Working
We want these dollars circulating through Clark County — supporting the people and projects that keep our communities strong. If you or someone you know is working on a new idea, expanding a business, or improving a facility, we’d love to visit about how this program could help.
Reach out to Catie Noethlich, Executive Director, at director@chooseclarkcounty.org or 605.880.7840, or contact GROW South Dakota directly to learn more about the joint loan application process.
Together, let’s keep building momentum — one local business at a time.
