As of September 13th, the entire Choose Clark County Revolving Loan Fund is being utilized in Clark County!
These funds are intended for businesses that are physically located in Clark County. Eligible projects for financing include:
- Acquisition/development of land, easements, and rights-of-way
- Construction, conversion, enlargements, or repairs of buildings
- Plants, machinery, and equipment
- Technical assistance for private business enterprises
- Utilities, pollution control, or abatement
- Funds for start-up, operating costs, and working capital
Although our loan fund is currently fully utilized, businesses can still apply for funding at Grow SD. As loans are repaid and we continue to grow, Grow SD will have first-hand knowledge of our loan fund and will find opportunities for Clark County. Our focus for the future is to expand the available funds for the county in our revolving fund. We see the value in growing the available funds as we are able to accept loans for businesses where regular lenders might not be able to. We want to increase our ability to help Clark County grow!
