Through the Choose Clark County Revolving Loan Fund, more than $12,000 is currently available to support small business growth, building improvements, and other community-driven projects across the county.

If you're looking to launch, grow, or improve your business in Clark County, this is a great opportunity to access low-interest, flexible funding—right here at home.

What is the Revolving Loan Fund?

The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is a locally managed, community-focused fund that helps support new and existing businesses. It’s designed to fill financing gaps, especially in rural areas where traditional funding may be limited or difficult to access.

Funds can be used for things like:

  • Equipment purchases

  • Building updates or repairs

  • Inventory or supplies

  • Business expansions

  • Start-up costs

This program is not designed to compete with local banks—it’s here to work alongside them and give businesses another tool in their toolbox.

Who Can Apply?

Any business located in Clark County, South Dakota, is eligible to apply. Whether you’re in Raymond, Willow Lake, Clark, or one of our smaller communities, this fund is for you.

It’s ideal for:

  • New entrepreneurs launching a business

  • Existing businesses looking to grow or modernize

  • Rural business owners needing flexible support

How Does It Work?

  • Loan amounts vary depending on the project, but funding is available now, with over $12,000 ready to go

  • Low interest rates

  • Simple application process with local support

  • Projects are reviewed by a local committee that understands our communities and wants to help you succeed
